About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic

Marketing Manager

  • to lead the branding, positioning, and go-to-market execution of Amali’s ultra-luxury residential and mixed-use developments.
  • This role will be instrumental in shaping brand narratives, driving high-impact campaigns, and delivering exceptional market presence aligned with Amali’s vision of exclusivity, design excellence, and lifestyle distinction.
  • Lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for Amali’s developments, from brand positioning and launch planning through sustained lifecycle campaigns.
  • Develop compelling storytelling, messaging frameworks, and creative concepts that translate architectural vision and lifestyle into powerful brand narratives.
  • Plan and manage integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, OOH, print, PR, experiential, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Development, Design, and Project teams to align marketing strategies with product vision, unit mix, and commercial objectives.
  • Oversee agencies and partners (creative, media, PR, digital, production) to ensure quality, timelines, and budget control.
  • Manage content production including brand films, destination videos, photography, CGI, brochures, and sales collateral with premium quality standards.
  • Track performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness, using insights and data to optimize marketing outcomes.

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands, preferably within the UAE or GCC.
  • Proven experience leading high-end project launches, brand campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of branding, positioning, digital marketing, content strategy, and media planning.
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets, timelines, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency.
