- Lead end to end recruitment for UHNI family and private office hiring requirements
- Recruit for high trust roles including Executive Assistants, Butlers, House Managers, Security Officers, Chefs, etc.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre qualified candidates
- Proactively headhunt and identify exceptional talent through networks and direct sourcing
- Develop and manage a strong ecosystem of specialist agencies and recruitment partners
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, behavioral interviews, and reference verification
- Build talent maps across luxury hospitality, private household, aviation, yachting, concierge, and VIP services sectors
- Manage multiple confidential mandates simultaneously
Requirements
- 8 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting for UHNI families, Family Offices, Royal Households, Luxury Hospitality, VIP Services, or Private Office environments
- Strong experience hiring for private household and lifestyle roles
- Well connected within the luxury hospitality and UHNI recruitment market
- High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly driven, hands on Manager Talent Acquisition to lead end to end recruitment for UHNI family and private office hiring requirements.
- The ideal candidate should come from a luxury hospitality, VIP services, private household, or UHNI recruitment background.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end recruitment for UHNI family and private office hiring requirements.
- Recruit for a wide range of high trust roles including Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Butler, House Manager, Chief Security Officer, Close Protection Officers, Chauffeurs, Nannies, Governesses, Chefs, Lifestyle Managers, Hospitality Staff, Household Staff, Estate Management, and other co
- Build and continuously maintain a strong pipeline of pre qualified candidates.
- Proactively headhunt and identify exceptional talent through personal networks, referrals, hospitality networks, executive search, agencies, and direct sourcing.
- Ensure high quality candidate profiles and CVs are submitted promptly.
- Develop and manage a strong ecosystem of specialist agencies and recruitment partners.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, behavioral interviews, and reference verification.
- Build talent maps across the luxury hospitality, private household, aviation, yachting, concierge, and VIP services sectors.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining confidentiality.
- Manage multiple confidential mandates simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, talent pipelines, and hiring reports.
- Continuously benchmark the market and identify top talent.
Experience & Skills
- 8 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably recruiting for UHNI families, Family Offices, Royal Households, Luxury Hospitality, VIP Services, or Private Office environments.
- Strong experience hiring for private household and lifestyle roles including butlers, executive assistants, chauffeurs, nannies, governesses, chefs, security personnel, and hospitality professionals.
- Well connected within the luxury hospitality and UHNI recruitment market.
- A highly proactive, hands on recruiter with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Proven ability to consistently deliver quality candidates within tight timelines.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
