- Define and continuously evolve Amali’s brand positioning, identity, and market perception
- Develop brand narrative, messaging framework, tone of voice, and storytelling
- Lead creative vision for all brand assets and customer facing materials
- Develop compelling brand stories that communicate Amali’s vision, projects, and lifestyle proposition
- Shape executive messaging, announcements, and corporate communications
- Develop and oversee PR and media strategy, build relationships with key media and industry stakeholders
- Manage press releases and reputation management
- Define overall social media brand strategy and creative direction
- Oversee storytelling, visual identity, audience engagement, and collaborate with internal teams and agencies
- Lead brand and creative direction for project launches, overseeing launch concepts, guest journeys, experiential activations
- Manage creative agencies, PR firms, branding consultants, and content partners
- Work closely with Founder/CEO and leadership team to translate business goals into brand initiatives
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in Brand Management, Creative Direction, Communications, or Luxury Marketing
- Experience across luxury real estate, hospitality, architecture, or UHNW focused industries preferred
- Proven track record of building, repositioning, or elevating premium/luxury brands
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (Master’s preferred)

About the Role
- The Senior Manager Branding & Communications serves as the custodian of the Amali brand, responsible for defining, protecting, and elevating its positioning across all customer touchpoints.
- The role leads brand strategy, creative direction, storytelling, communications, and public relations, ensuring consistency and excellence in all brand expressions.
- This role focuses on building a world class, ultra luxury brand identity and perception, positioning Amali amongst the most prestigious real estate brands globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and continuously evolve Amali’s brand positioning, identity, and market perception while developing the brand narrative, messaging framework, tone of voice, and storytelling.
- Lead the creative vision for all brand assets and customer facing materials, including brochures, presentations, project launches, sales collateral, and experiential marketing assets.
- Develop compelling brand stories that communicate Amali’s vision, projects, and lifestyle proposition. Shape executive messaging, announcements, and corporate communications while creating content strategies.
- Develop and oversee PR and media strategy, build relationships with key media and industry stakeholders, manage press releases and reputation management, and position Amali as a leading luxury real estate brand locally and internationally.
- Define the overall social media brand strategy and creative direction, ensuring platforms reflect the desired luxury positioning and aesthetic standards.
- Oversee storytelling, visual identity, audience engagement, and collaborate with internal teams and agencies for consistency.
- Lead brand and creative direction for project launches, overseeing launch concepts, guest journeys, experiential activations, and customer experiences.
- Manage creative agencies, PR firms, branding consultants, and content partners. Develop clear creative briefs aligned with brand objectives, monitor delivery quality and adherence to brand standards, and evaluate performance to optimize partnerships.
- Work closely with the Founder/CEO and leadership team to translate business goals into brand initiatives, act as the internal brand custodian across all departments.
- Drive organization wide brand consistency by integrating strategy, communications, creative execution, customer experience.
Experience & Skills
- 8–12+ years of experience in Brand Management, Creative Direction, Communications, or Luxury Marketing
- Experience across luxury real estate, hospitality, architecture, or UHNW focused industries preferred
- Proven track record of building, repositioning, or elevating premium/luxury brands
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (Master’s preferred)
