is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end (360°) marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, and team development.
Based in Abu Dhabi, this role will lead marketing initiatives that support business growth, strengthen brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads for both B2C and B2B training programs.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and has proven experience building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive
- 360° marketing strategies
- covering digital marketing, branding, partnerships, PR, and events.
- Strengthen brand awareness and positioning across regional and global markets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, communications, and customer touchpoints.
Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
- Drive lead generation and enrollment growth through digital channels including paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content campaigns.
- Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms, and other paid channels.
- Track campaign ROI, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead metrics to ensure marketing efficiency.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, design, and campaign functions.
- Define team KPIs, manage performance, and support skill development.
- Collaborate closely with
- sales, business development, and product teams
- to align marketing efforts with revenue and growth objectives.
Content, Social Media & CRM
- Oversee content strategy including website content, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Manage social media strategy to enhance engagement, reach, and brand credibility.
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and support the sales funnel.
Partnerships, Events & Market Presence
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives for events, webinars, workshops, and strategic partnerships.
- Support institutional branding and corporate engagement initiatives.
- Identify new channels and opportunities to expand market reach.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance dashboards and reports.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Present marketing performance and growth insights to senior management.
Marketing & Leadership Skills Required
- Strong expertise in
- digital marketing, brand management, and performance marketing
- .
- Proven experience in building and leading marketing teams.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- **Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)**
- in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **5 - 10 years of marketing experience**

- education, training, or professional certification industry

- Strong understanding of
- global certification markets
- (e.g., PMP®, IT, HR, Finance, Cyber Security, AI, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in demand generation, brand growth, and campaign leadership.
- Experience working in or managing teams within the
- UAE or Middle East market
- is highly preferred.
- Candidates must be based in Abu Dhabi or open to relocating.
