Position Overview
- The Business Development & Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that accelerate business growth, increase revenue, expand market presence, and build long term client relationships.
- This role requires an accomplished business leader with exceptional commercial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to establish systematic business development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement short term and long term business growth strategies.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and revenue streams.
- Expand the company's corporate, government, and institutional client portfolio.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen market presence.
- Prepare annual business development plans aligned with company objectives.
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate the Business Development team.
- Recruit, train, and develop high performing sales professionals.
- Design and implement structured sales processes and business development systems.
- Improve CRM utilization and pipeline management.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with key corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 8–12 years of business development experience.
- At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience within the Training, Education, Consulting, Learning & Development, or Professional Services sector is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE corporate and government markets.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
