Position Overview

  • The Business Development & Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that accelerate business growth, increase revenue, expand market presence, and build long term client relationships.
  • This role requires an accomplished business leader with exceptional commercial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to establish systematic business development processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement short term and long term business growth strategies.
  • Identify new markets, business opportunities, and revenue streams.
  • Expand the company's corporate, government, and institutional client portfolio.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen market presence.
  • Prepare annual business development plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate the Business Development team.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high performing sales professionals.
  • Design and implement structured sales processes and business development systems.
  • Improve CRM utilization and pipeline management.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or related discipline.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of business development experience.
  • At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Experience within the Training, Education, Consulting, Learning & Development, or Professional Services sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE corporate and government markets.
  • Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
