Position Summary
Property-level marketing role responsible for customer communications across traditional, digital, and social media channels.
Focuses on enhancing the hotel's image, increasing market share, and building brand awareness.
Supports Food and Beverage promotions for hotel guests and local patrons.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels.
- Execute brand, digital, social media, eCommerce, and public relations activities.
- Coordinate with regional eCommerce and Marketing teams to integrate local efforts with hotel selling activities.
- Support Food and Beverage and room promotions, sales strategy, revenue goals, and social engagement.
- Track campaign performance and leverage internal resources for compelling communications.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a 5-star luxury hotel setting.
- Experience handling campaign development, execution, and performance tracking.
- Proven brand activation experience that improves awareness and guest engagement.
- Strong Food and Beverage marketing and room promotion experience.
- Expertise in digital marketing, Facebook marketing, and social media content strategy.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Two-year degree or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
