The First Group Hospitality, Exclusive Private Members' Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the club’s marketing, brand, communications, and member engagement activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and strengthening the club’s position as a leading luxury private members’ destination in Abu Dhabi, while supporting membership growth, engagement, events, and revenue-generating initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with the club’s positioning, commercial objectives, and membership goals.

Lead the development and protection of the club’s brand identity, ensuring a consistent luxury image and tone across all touchpoints.

Plan and deliver targeted campaigns to drive membership enquiries, acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand awareness.

Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website, CRM, email marketing, paid campaigns, and online content.

Develop compelling content and marketing collateral showcasing the club’s lifestyle, dining, events, experiences, facilities, and member benefits.

Lead marketing and promotional activities for club events, VIP occasions, seasonal campaigns, launches, partnerships, and special experiences.

Identify and develop strategic partnerships with luxury brands, lifestyle partners, corporate organizations, media, and other relevant stakeholders.

Manage PR, media relations, influencer engagement, photography, videography, creative agencies, and external marketing suppliers.

Work closely with Membership, Events, F&B, Operations, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives and the member experience.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, member insights, campaign performance, digital analytics, and marketing KPIs to continuously improve results.

Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring strong commercial value and return on marketing investment.

Maintain the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and brand integrity expected within an exclusive private members’ environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs, premium lifestyle, leisure, F&B, or luxury brands.

Demonstrated experience in brand management, digital marketing, social media, CRM, content strategy, and integrated campaigns.

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate marketing activity into membership growth, engagement, and revenue opportunities.

Excellent communication, presentation, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills.

Creative and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and an appreciation for luxury branding and customer experience.

Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, events, agencies, suppliers, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders, partners, VIPs, and high-profile members.

UAE/GCC experience within a luxury or premium environment is highly desirable.
