- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, insurance companies, and corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities and referral channels
- Lead digital marketing, social media, and branding activities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Work closely with operations and management teams to achieve business targets
- Prepare marketing reports, performance analysis, and growth strategies
- Support patient acquisition and client relationship management initiatives
- Ensure all marketing activities align with DHA regulations and company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 4–5 years of marketing experience in the UAE
- Mandatory experience in Home Healthcare or Healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare market and referral network
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience in digital marketing and business development preferred
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and result oriented Marketing Lead to join our growing team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the home healthcare industry and be capable of leading marketing initiatives, business development activities, referral partnerships, and brand awareness campaigns.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase patient referrals, strengthen market presence, and support business growth.
