- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high quality physiotherapy treatments in home care settings
- Manage patients with neurological, orthopedic, musculoskeletal, geriatric, and post surgical conditions
- Provide rehabilitation programs for stroke recovery, mobility enhancement, and chronic condition management
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
- Educate patients and family members on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, clinical standards, and company policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as Physiotherapist
- Minimum 2 3 years of clinical physiotherapy experience
- Home healthcare experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and evidence based physiotherapy practices
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient visits
