- Proficient in blood sample collection (venipuncture) and specimen handling
- Skilled in intravenous (IV) cannulation and administration of IV therapies
- Competent in patient assessment, monitoring, and nursing care planning
- Supervise, guide, and support homecare nurses in the delivery of safe and high quality patient care
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory requirements
- Provide clinical training, mentorship, and competency assessments for nursing staff
- Monitor patient outcomes and address clinical concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinate schedules for home visits
- Ensure availability of medical supplies and equipment
- Liaise with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities
- Ensure safe handling, labeling, and transportation of all specimens
Requirements
- DHA Licensed Registered Nurse (mandatory)
- Proven experience in phlebotomy and IV cannulation
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
