- Lead delivery of Group and brand marketing strategies aligned with commercial priorities
- Develop digital marketing strategy focusing on content creation, videography, photography, and brand storytelling
- Plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across CRM, email, social media, website, and other digital channels
- Use CRM and email marketing platforms to build, deliver, segment, and report on targeted campaigns
- Manage campaign lists, sales sequences, and customer touchpoints
- Lead content creation across digital channels including social media, video, website, email, and thought leadership
- Oversee video production, editing, podcast coordination, and social media activation
- Lead planning and promotion of B2B events, both virtual and in person
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to improve future activity
- Champion use of marketing technology and innovative tools
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders as a trusted marketing partner
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, campaign delivery, and brand consistency
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a marketing role
- Experience in a professional services business
- Marketing degree or CIM Level 4 or above (desirable)

Role Overview
- Eden Rose is partnering with a growing international professional services business to appoint a Marketing Lead based in Dubai.
- Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Lead will play a senior role, leading strategic marketing across a multi brand Group.
- Responsible for shaping and delivering campaigns that strengthen brand positioning, generate leads, support sales, and drive commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of Group and brand marketing strategies aligned with commercial priorities.

Qualifications
