Overview Of The Role

  • The Marketing Executive will assist the Marketing Manager in handling various marketing projects, focusing on social media presence and content production for clients.
  • They are responsible for campaign execution, market research, and digital marketing efforts, serving as a key member of the marketing team.
  • Success in this role requires strong time management, creativity, and communication skills, alongside the ability to analyze data and manage timelines effectively.

What You Will Do

  • Implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including store activations, digital, print, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage conversion rates as a key performance indicator.
  • Conduct market research to gather intelligence about target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
  • Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights for optimization based on data analysis.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement marketing strategies.
  • Contribute ideas and execute tactics to achieve marketing goals.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and curate high quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and multimedia content.
  • Monitor metrics such as follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and impressions.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring campaigns stay within budgetary constraints.

Required Skills To Be Successful

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to analyze market data and optimize campaigns.

What Qualifies You For The Role

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
  • 3 4 years of marketing experience in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to manage timeline driven content projects.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
