Job Overview

Accountabilities
- Advanced Analytics & Data Science: Translate complex analytical and predictive model outputs into actionable business insights.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance advanced predictive and machine learning models using data science and analytics tools.
- Monitor, test, retrain, and optimize models to ensure accuracy, relevance, and business impact.
- Design and execute experiments and analytical initiatives to validate business hypotheses and identify growth opportunities.
- Automate model monitoring, reporting, and performance tracking to improve efficiency and governance.
- Lead the development and management of customer, marketing, loyalty, personalization, churn, propensity, forecasting, and behavioral analytics models.
- Drive pricing, promotion, and market intelligence analytics to support commercial performance and decision making.
- Integrate internal and external data sources to generate comprehensive business and market insights.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities where analytics and data science can create measurable business value.
- Business Intelligence & Analytics Solutions: Lead the development and enhancement of business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and performance reporting tools.
- Define, implement, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the selection, evaluation, and implementation of analytics and business intelligence technologies.
