Marketing Coordinator

Are you a versatile real estate professional who excels at both property marketing and closing deals?

Our client, a leading real estate firm based in Ajman, is seeking a Marketing & Sales Executive to join their growing team.

In this role, you will design and drive marketing campaigns while actively managing client inquiries, conducting property viewings, and closing sales transactions directly.

· Generate direct leads by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and listing updates.

· Act as an active Real Estate Broker by handling direct buyer inquiries, evaluating client needs, and managing end-to-end property sales.

· Conduct property viewings, present development features to prospective buyers, and negotiate sales contracts.

· Manage client portfolios and maintain relationships with property investors, buyers, and external broker channels.

· Liaise with external marketing agencies to produce branded promotional assets, brochures, and campaign collateral.

· Prepare sales and marketing reports, track campaign ROI, and monitor lead conversion rates.

· Ensure all promotional messaging and sales documentation strictly adhere to UAE real estate regulations and brand standards.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 1–2 years of hands-on experience in real estate marketing and property sales/brokerage within the UAE.

· Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, standard buying/selling procedures, and the legal framework required to draft, review, and finalize compliant property sales contracts and agreements..

· Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

· Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.

· Hands-on familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
