Role Overview
Support campaign execution, CRM activity, marketing operations, and cross-channel coordination for a Dubai-based digital marketing company.
The company delivers large-scale digital transformation projects for global iGaming clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate campaigns across CRM, email, SMS, social media, and Telegram.
- Manage campaign calendars, deadlines, promotions, and communications.
- Brief and collaborate with external agencies, creative teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Support retention, reactivation, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Coordinate content, approvals, assets, and messaging across multiple channels.
- Track campaign performance and support reporting.
- Report directly to the Head of Marketing.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, CRM, campaign management, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Strong experience supporting or executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Exposure to CRM, email, SMS, social media, and/or Telegram.
- Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with agencies, creative teams, or external partners.
- Fluent Turkish is essential.
- Must already be based in Dubai.
Package and Benefits
- Salary of AED 13,000–15,000 per month plus a 10% performance bonus.
- UAE visa sponsorship and private medical insurance.
- Annual flight tickets home.
