Role Overview

Join a well-funded AI company building bespoke generative AI solutions for enterprise clients.

Work as a Forward Deployed Engineer in the company’s new Dubai office and among the first engineering hires in the region.

Combine direct enterprise customer work with software engineering and AI product delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with enterprise customers to understand complex business problems.
  • Design, build, and deploy custom AI applications using the latest LLMs and GenAI technologies.
  • Build full-stack products combining backend engineering, frontend development, and AI.
  • Own projects end-to-end from discovery through production.
  • Work with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to turn ideas into production software.
  • Help shape technical decisions and influence AI delivery across multiple industries.

What the Company Is Looking For

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience building production applications.
  • Backend experience is essential.
  • Experience with Python and modern web technologies.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and APIs.
  • Previous consulting or client-facing experience.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.

Bonus Experience

  • Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or GenAI is a bonus.
  • Startup or scale-up background is a bonus.

Package and Benefits

  • Salary is up to 70K AED per month, depending on experience.
  • Benefits include 30+ days of annual vacation plus bank holidays.
  • Medical insurance covers the employee and family.
  • A full relocation package is available for people moving to Dubai.

Workplace

  • The role is based in Dubai with three to four days in the office.
