Lead major production incidents and improve the reliability of a large-scale technology platform.
The role is technically hands-on and focused on investigating complex production issues rather than traditional ITIL administration.

What will make you a fit
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, B2B platforms, marketplaces, or other heavily regulated digital businesses.
- At least 6 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform roles with demonstrable incident response experience.
- Ability to operate as a senior technical generalist across modern production environments.
- Ability to investigate complex technical issues, work hands-on, unite engineering teams, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
Technology
- GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, PostgreSQL, MySQL, the LGTM stack, APIs, microservices, and Cloudflare are listed technologies.
Compensation
- Salary is stated as Dh40,000–45,000, depending on experience, plus benefits.
- An annual bonus scheme is offered.

Responsibilities
- Lead major production incidents and take control during critical service disruptions.
- Investigate complex production issues across a large-scale technology platform.
- Improve the reliability of the technology platform through hands-on SRE and DevOps work.
- Navigate complex modern production environments and determine when direct technical intervention is needed.
- Coordinate engineering teams during incidents and reliability initiatives.
- Communicate incident status, technical findings, and actions to senior stakeholders.
