Role Overview
A fast-growing fintech business in the MENA region is hiring a Group Product Manager for Growth, Onboarding and Payments.
The role is based in Dubai and focuses on product strategy, customer onboarding, payments, and growth metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy across onboarding and payments.
- Lead and develop 2–3 Product Managers.
- Drive conversion, activation, deposits, withdrawals, and growth metrics.
- Own the customer journey from onboarding through first deposit.
- Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial.
- Report directly to the VP Product.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of product management experience is required.
- At least 2 years of direct line management of Product Managers, including in the current role, is essential.
- Strong consumer onboarding and growth experience is required.
- Payments experience is required.
- Experience with stored balances, deposits, withdrawals, and payment-provider routing or cascading is preferred.
- Backgrounds in crypto exchanges, iGaming, neobanks or wallets, retail investing, remittance, or brokerage/CFD are preferred.
Compensation
- The salary is described as market rate with a performance-related bonus and additional benefits.
Workplace
- The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the Dubai office and two days from home.
- Remote working from anywhere in the world is available during the summer.
