- Develop and execute differentiated marketing strategies based on category characteristics and brand positioning
- Design and optimize end to end growth funnels focused on order growth, conversion rate improvement, and user retention
- Provide customized marketing solutions for strategic accounts to drive GMV growth and overall platform contribution
- Analyze user behavior and merchant performance to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness
- Establish campaign evaluation frameworks and continuously optimize performance through data driven insights
- Own the end to end campaign lifecycle, including planning, resource coordination, execution, performance tracking, and post campaign analysis
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Sales, and User Growth teams to ensure successful campaign execution
- Develop scalable playbooks, campaign templates, and best practices to support merchant growth and sales enablement
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve decision making, operational efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and business performance
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in internet platforms, e commerce, local services, growth marketing, or campaign operations roles
- Strong understanding of local services, food delivery, or F&B industries
- Proven experience managing end to end marketing projects from strategy through execution and performance analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools, and campaign performance analytics
- SQL knowledge is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leveraging AI powered tools, automation solutions, or advanced analytics is highly preferred
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

About the Role
- Keeta is seeking a highly analytical and results oriented Marketing & Campaign Operations Manager to become the growth engine for our key accounts.
- In this role, you will design and execute data driven marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and unlock growth opportunities through deep user, merchant, and category insights.
- You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and User Growth teams to transform insights into action and drive measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
