Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Manager to join our growing business setup consultancy in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, managing marketing initiatives, and driving company growth across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore business setup services.

Business Development

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, and direct outreach
  • Develop and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, SMEs, and corporate clients
  • Promote company formation services including Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore setup, PRO services, visa processing, and related solutions
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to represent the company
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Marketing

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Manage social media platforms, LinkedIn marketing, and lead generation campaigns
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing materials
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the UAE business setup industry
  • Build strategic alliances with banks, real estate companies, consultants, and referral partners

Client Management

  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable business setup solutions
  • Coordinate with operations and government liaison teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management with clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business setup consultancy, corporate services, or a related UAE market
  • Strong understanding of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and visa processes
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and lead generation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong network within the UAE business community is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented professional
