C2i is recruiting for Time Out Market's Abu Dhabi opening, a destination combining food, culture, and entertainment.
About the Role
The Market Café Supervisor provides outstanding guest service and products so each guest enjoys a memorable experience.
The role supports café operations, team performance, service quality, and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily café operations and complete opening, operating, and closing procedures.
- Lead, motivate, schedule, and coach barista team members.
- Conduct shift briefings, allocate tasks, and monitor workflow.
- Handle operational challenges, guest feedback, and complaints.
- Manage inventory, product rotation, wastage, POS transactions, payments, and sales activities.
- Support upselling, food safety, hygiene, equipment reporting, handovers, and operational records.
Requirements
- Minimum of six months to one year of direct work experience.
- POS systems experience and knowledge of drink recipes and beverage presentation.
- Experience in high-volume operations, opening and closing duties, guest relations, sanitation, and safety.
