Responsibilities
- Supervise call center operations and ensure adherence to KPIs
- Manage employee scheduling to ensure operational coverage
- Train, mentor, and develop team members
- Handle patient complaints and escalate as needed
- Conduct call audits and provide feedback for performance improvement
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on cancellations, abandoned calls, and KPIs
- Manage appointment scheduling and doctor calendar updates
- Support recruitment and selection of team members
- Ensure compliance with hospital regulations and quality standards
- Conduct yearly appraisals and performance conversations
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in a contact center or call center environment
- Experience in healthcare or hospital setting preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
- Knowledge of call center metrics and KPIs
- Proficiency in scheduling and reporting tools

Overview
- You will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Ensuring calls to and from the hospital are attended promptly, politely, and to the entire satisfaction of the patient.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining excellent telephone etiquette and professionalism while attending to patient calls.
- Maintaining the departmental KPIs.
- Liaising with the supervisor and HOD to improve KPIs and overall patient experience.
- Responsible for attending to all incoming patient calls promptly.
- Ensures call backs are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintains clarity in communication and pleasant tone of voice.
- Well versed with contact center processes: call hold, transfer, message receipt, call back.
- Assists patients in the best way possible, creating a good impression.
- Maintaining good average handling time while ensuring caller satisfaction.
- Responsible for booking appointments and clarifying enquiries related to hospital services.
- Responsible for collecting and maintaining feedback and communicating complaints to concerned departments.
- Responsible for handling difficult patients calmly and escalating when needed.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in a contact center or call center environment.
- Experience in healthcare or hospital setting preferred.
