JOb : Marble Supervior

Key Responsibilities**

• **Supervision & Team Management**:
• Supervise a team of marble production workers, including machine operators, laborers, and other support staff.
• Provide direction, training, and mentorship to team members.
• Schedule shifts and ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training and development programs for team members.
• **Production Oversight**:
• Oversee marble cutting, polishing, and finishing operations.
• Ensure that production is meeting established goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor the production line for efficiency, ensuring that downtime is minimized and output is maximized.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality Control, Inventory) to ensure smooth production flow.
• **Quality Control**:
• Monitor and ensure that marble products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform quality checks on finished products and raw materials.
• Address and resolve any production quality issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and industry standards for product quality.
• **Inventory and Materials Management**:
• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate supply of raw marble, tools, and materials.
• Track usage of materials and report on stock levels, helping to prevent shortages or wastage.
• Ensure all marble is properly stored and handled to avoid damage.
• **Safety Compliance**:
• Enforce and ensure adherence to all workplace safety protocols.
• Conduct safety training and regular safety audits.
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards within the production area.
• Ensure workers are using the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• **Maintenance & Equipment Management**:
• Oversee the maintenance of machines and equipment used in the marble production process.
• Ensure regular inspections are carried out and repairs are scheduled.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for prompt resolution.
