Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Identify and develop opportunities across commercial offices, residential communities, hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, and industrial sectors
- Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Prepare commercial proposals in coordination with the Operations team
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, FM companies, developers, and corporate clients
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify cross selling opportunities for K4 Group services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE B2B business development experience in Housekeeping, Commercial Cleaning, Facilities Management, Maintenance, or Soft Services
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong network within the UAE commercial and facilities management sector
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Self motivated with a strong hunter mentality
- UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred

Job Summary
- We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Housekeeping to drive business growth within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
