Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukrigulf, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen CVs, conduct HR interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment updates
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate communication
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring
- Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring KPIs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of UAE recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting white collar professionals across technical and corporate functions
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals
- Knowledge of ATS and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Job Summary
