Key skills for this role
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
Minimum 7 years' experience in manufacturing or process engineering
Experience in manufacturing line design, operations project management, and new product launches
Excellent mechanical, electronics, and process troubleshooting skills
Experience with gas detection, PCBA manufacturing, injection molding, radio technologies, gas detection, and metalwork are all assets
Data acquisition and analysis experience using databases is an asset (MySQL, Power BI)
Familiarity with SolidWorks or other CAD tools
Ability to rapidly prioritize and balance conflicting priorities
Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment and Six Sigma certification
Exceptional ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing
