Main accountabilities
Support daily department activities, reporting, documentation, data preparation, coordination, and follow-up under supervision.
Review planning data, production priorities, material requirements, procurement status, quality inputs, technical information, and execution inputs.
Maintain trackers, dashboards, status reports, process documents, SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation.

Qualifications and knowledge
A bachelor’s degree is required in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Basic understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, planning, production, or engineering concepts is required.
Applicants should be able to work with data, identify basic trends, prepare reports and trackers, and follow up on actions under supervision.
Applicants should be able to understand applicable technical drawings, bills of material, work instructions, quality documents, procurement documents, safety documents, or planning reports.
Good Microsoft Excel skills and comfort learning digital, reporting, and ERP tools are required.
Good written and verbal English communication skills are required for cross-functional coordination.
Attention to detail, curiosity to learn, and accurate adherence to instructions and safety guidance are required.
Office work and supervised visits to shop floor or manufacturing areas may be required.
Technical and general competencies
Microsoft Excel, basic data analysis, reporting, and tracker maintenance.
Manufacturing, material planning, production planning, procurement, quality, inventory, and operational workflows.
SAP S/4HANA transactions, reports, master data review, procurement follow-up, and quality records.
Technical drawing, bill of material, procedure, quality, and safety document awareness.
