Main Accountabilities
Support day-to-day departmental activities, reporting, documentation, data preparation, coordination, and follow-up under supervision.
Review planning data, production priorities, material requirements, procurement status, quality inputs, technical information, and action trackers.
Maintain trackers, dashboards, status reports, SOPs, work instructions, process documents, and technical documentation.

Qualifications and Required Skills
A bachelor’s degree is required in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Basic understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, planning, production, or engineering concepts is required.
The candidate must be able to work with data, identify basic trends, prepare reports and trackers, and follow up on open actions under supervision.
The candidate should understand basic technical drawings, bills of material, work instructions, quality documents, procurement documents, safety documents, or planning reports as applicable.
Good Microsoft Excel skills and comfort learning digital tools, reporting tools, and ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA are required.
Good written and verbal English communication, attention to detail, curiosity to learn, and accurate adherence to instructions are required.
The candidate should be comfortable working in an office and visiting manufacturing areas under supervision when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Academic project or internship exposure in manufacturing, supply chain, planning, procurement, production, quality, engineering support, or process improvement is advantageous.
Awareness of ERP systems, Power BI, Microsoft Project, quality notification management, supplier follow-up, procedural updates, or new product development support is advantageous.
Interest in a career in manufacturing operations, planning, engineering, procurement, quality, supply chain, or related functions is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, or structured problem-solving methods is advantageous.
