Manufacturing Engineering -II (Assembly & Test)

Key Relationships and Scope

• Work with senior engineers, designers, manufacturing, operations, project management, and other discipline engineers.
• Interface with suppliers and contractors and may have customer contact under supervision from more senior engineers.
• Work on standard projects under close supervision and support non-standard projects as part of a guided team.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the oil and gas manufacturing industry focused on assembly and test; other relevant experience may be considered.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline is preferred, or an equivalent qualification may be considered with 7 or more years of professional experience.

Key Skills

• Understanding of CAD/CAM including NX, PLM systems such as TCE, and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Basic understanding of SAP CA01 and CA02 for creating routings.
• Strong engineering-principles knowledge and familiarity with manufacturing processes, production documentation, and routing.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Service or customer orientation, good English, and strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
