- Review manufacturing capabilities regularly and support new product introductions into production
- Provide practical engineering solutions for issues arising during assembly, machining, and testing activities
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for safety, manufacturing, and operations, and deliver training
- Analyse tooling requirements and lead design and development of tools and fixtures
- Create and maintain routings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for make items
- Act as focal point for equipment maintenance, supporting breakdown and preventive maintenance
- Support planning and execution of CAPEX projects across operations
- Contribute to factory digitalisation and intelligent automation initiatives
- Drive and support 5S+1 and Lean manufacturing practices
- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and standards
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure smooth production flow, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes including assembly, machining, fabrication, and testing
- Experience in designing tools and fixtures for manufacturing applications
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Effective communication skills to engage with technical and non technical stakeholders
- Experience managing CAPEX and automation projects (preferred)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, and TPM (preferred)
- Exposure to digital transformation or smart manufacturing initiatives (preferred)
- Familiarity with control valve manufacturing or similar industrial products (preferred)

Position Summary

- You will be responsible for planning, developing, and optimising manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, consistent quality, and compliance with engineering and industry standards.
- Working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams, you will support new product introductions, resolve manufacturing challenges, and contribute to digital transformation and capital project initiatives.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

For This Role, You Will Need:
