- Maintain accurate records of quotes, interactions, and opportunities

- Complete structured training on sales processes and product portfolio

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast paced environment

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluency in English and Arabic

Job Description

Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Work from a provided contact list, to plan, track, and manage all outreach communications
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Proactively re engage dormant accounts and those generating only small or infrequent orders
- Hold meaningful discovery conversations with each contact to identify business needs
- Coordinate internally to address customer needs and update proposals
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, interactions, and opportunities
- Consistently follow up on leads and opportunities to build a healthy, reliable pipeline
- Complete structured training on sales processes, and the product portfolio

- Comfort and confidence using digital tools; such as CRM or other sales engagement platforms
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, self driven mindset with the ability to follow through independently in a remote setting
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage
