Your Role

People Leadership

• Review team performance and support career improvement and professional development.
• Recruit and select team members using competency-based guidelines.
• Plan training programs and develop team skills through coaching and mentoring.

Scheduling and Activities

• Prepare schedules based on forecast business, approve vacations, and post monthly activity schedules.
• Create Manor Club activities and activations and support departmental trainers.

Guest Services

• Greet and check in notable and long-stay guests and oversee hotel and apartment check-ins and checkouts.
• Maintain guest histories, pre-register repeat guests, and implement guest recognition initiatives.
• Handle guest and internal customer complaints and verify guest experience during service periods.

Standards and Operations

• Implement Rosewood brand standards, LQA, Forbes, service sequence, product knowledge, sustainability, safety, sanitation, and maintenance standards.
• Conduct LQA and Forbes audits and ensure teams have the tools required to perform their work.
• Ensure accurate menu and POS prices and maintain departmental supplies and equipment.

Financial and Administrative Duties

• Manage productivity, operating costs, money-handling compliance, inventories, purchasing, storage, and supplies.
• Create purchase orders, prepare month-end commentary, maintain the daily logbook, and conduct departmental meetings and briefings.

Requirements

• Ability to manage Manor Club and Apartment Lounge operations while maintaining high hospitality service standards.
• Ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop hospitality team members.
• Ability to handle guest and internal customer complaints courteously and ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Ability to manage scheduling, performance discussions, recruitment, and team training.
• Knowledge of hotel brand standards, LQA, Forbes standards, service sequence, and product knowledge requirements.
• Ability to manage inventories, purchasing, costs, safety, sanitation, and departmental supplies.
