Job Summary

The Total Rewards and Organizational Design Manager develops, implements, and manages compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.

The role leads organizational design initiatives so structures, roles, and processes support performance and scalability.

The position partners with senior leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to support talent attraction, retention, internal equity, competitiveness, and operational efficiency.

Total Rewards Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies aligned with organizational goals, competitiveness, internal equity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the design, benchmarking, and administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across geographies.
  • Manage the annual compensation review cycle, including salary adjustments, promotions, and fitment exercises within budget constraints.
  • Align total rewards with performance management, bonus, and incentive programs.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking on compensation trends, regulatory changes, and regional best practices.

Organizational Design Responsibilities

  • Oversee job evaluation and grading using methodologies such as point factor and market pricing.
  • Drive organizational design initiatives, including restructuring and new business setups.
  • Develop and maintain job architecture with job levels, career paths, and competency models.
  • Lead change management and communication for rewards and organizational design programs.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits frameworks, programs, and global benchmarking.
  • In-depth expertise in job evaluation methodologies and organizational design principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to derive insights and trends from data.
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and change communication skills.
  • ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required for success in the role.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum eight years of work experience.
  • At least five years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • Two years of GCC experience is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
