Position summary
Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure operations across data centers, servers, networks, Linux platforms, deskside support, SOC, NOC, endpoint, storage, and backup.
Ensure high availability, service reliability, SLA compliance, cybersecurity posture, continuous improvement, automation, and AI-enabled operational efficiency.
Infrastructure delivery management
- Lead end-to-end operations across data center, server, virtualization, network, Linux, Unix, deskside support, SOC, NOC, storage, and backup environments.
- Ensure infrastructure availability, operational readiness, monitoring, incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain system uptime, performance, capacity, and reliability.
Service delivery and SLA management
- Establish service levels aligned with business requirements and monitor SLA, OLA, KPI, and uptime targets.
- Lead major incident management and service restoration activities.
- Develop operational dashboards and executive service performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and service management processes.
Must-have qualifications
- Experience managing at least 25 team members across multiple technologies, including helpdesk, servers, networks, and cloud.
- Strong experience with ITIL and ISO processes.
- Core technical expertise in at least two technologies.
- Understanding and experience with automation and AI.
- Understanding of risk and compliance management and service improvement plans.
Preferred background
- Experience with an IT services company such as Wipro, Cognizant, or LTI is preferred.
