Role Overview
Lead the talent partnering agenda across the business in an embedded, business-led model.
Partner across talent, culture, organizational health, and business performance.
Translate Talent & Culture strategy into practical and impactful execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and People & Culture squads across local markets and regional functions.
- Drive the end-to-end talent lifecycle, including talent development, performance, learning, employee experience, and organizational health.
- Monitor organizational health, identify patterns and risks, and provide recommendations and action plans.
- Lead AI enablement initiatives through learning, talent, and ways-of-working programs.
- Lead and coach a team of Talent Partners.
- Provide business feedback to the central Talent & Culture team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in talent management, learning and development, employee experience, and culture enablement.
- Strong talent partnering or business partnering experience with senior stakeholder exposure.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end talent lifecycle and business impact.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, people leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience or interest in AI-enabled people practices, digital tools, and new ways of working.
