Country Manager - Food Services

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Create a blueprint for expanding cloud kitchen presence in Qatar in alignment with company strategy.
• Own business development, stakeholder management, and large-scale project management initiatives for food services.
• Own country financial statements, budgets, and growth initiatives across construction, brand launches, and business operations.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders to support reliable order delivery to consumers.
• Partner with logistics operations and customer experience teams to improve site performance.
• Work with the Senior Director of Food Services to develop business cases for future initiatives.
• Identify kitchen locations for expansion using location, size, accessibility, and cost criteria.
• Manage daily operations of multiple brands, including health and safety, stock deliveries, and site hygiene.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or MBA degree in business, marketing, or a STEM discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a growth or product manager role, consulting, internal strategy, or startups.
• Prior experience in technology, e-commerce, food, FMCG, or a combination of these industries.
• Fluent Arabic language skills.
• Previous experience managing cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of financial statements, planning, and investment proposals.
• Understanding of SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to identify success metrics, interpret complex datasets, and create data-driven action plans.
• Good knowledge of online marketing concepts and tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the cloud kitchens industry and restaurant business.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting persuasive business cases to senior stakeholders.
