About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure correct implementation of relevant ER policies, procedures, systems, work methods, and operating standards
- Lead audits and inspection of ATA's facilities, infrastructure and maintenance needs
- Oversee all ATA landscaping projects and ensure compliance with HSE requirements and ADNOC standards
- Manage and ensure delivery of quality cleaning services to the highest standards
- Ensure preparation and implementation of effective security procedures and contingency plans
- Manage ATA transportation service in compliance with HSE standards and UAE traffic rules
- Manage formalisation and implementation of procurement plans and ensure timely procurement
- Oversee IT policies, procedures and operations of ATA IT function
- Develop and manage the Department annual budget and monitor expenditure
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Arts or equivalent
- 15 years of professional experience with 6 years in managerial position in General Services, Public Relations or Administration
- Very good knowledge of English and Arabic

Job Purpose
- Oversee and provide leadership and expertise to ensure implementation of best practices in ATA's General Services, Procurement, Human Resources, and Information Technology services.
- Guide adoption of best communications programs and plans for internal and external communication infrastructure.
- Lead planning processes to ensure provision of sustainable and quality services in transportation, security, warehousing, catering, landscaping, maintenance and procurement.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and ensure correct implementation of relevant ER policies, procedures, systems, work methods, and operating standards.
- Manage and provide ATA staff members with required assistance and support regarding relevant services and requirements.
- Monitor all employee disciplinary actions up to terminations to ensure compliance with ADNOC HR policies.
- Lead audits and inspection of ATA's facilities, infrastructure and maintenance needs.
- Oversee all ATA landscaping projects and ensure compliance with HSE requirements and ADNOC standards.
- Manage and ensure delivery of quality cleaning services to the highest standards.
- Ensure preparation and implementation of effective security procedures and contingency plans.
- Manage ATA transportation service in compliance with HSE standards and UAE traffic rules.
- Manage formalisation and implementation of procurement plans and ensure timely procurement.
- Oversee IT policies, procedures and operations of ATA IT function.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Arts or equivalent; knowledge about basic accounting principles preferred.
- 15 years of professional experience with 6 years in managerial position in General Services, Public Relations or Administration, preferably in Oil and Gas.
- Very good knowledge of English and Arabic.
