• Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews across the UAE and international markets.
• Focus reviews on material variances, root causes, decisions, and interventions.
• Define outcomes, leading indicators, targets, and clear metric ownership.
• Identify emerging risks, growth opportunities, and underperformance through analysis.
• Translate reviews into decisions, owners, timelines, and follow-through.

Strategy and planning

• Partner with the Director and Executive Leadership Team on annual strategic planning.
• Support strategic choices, targets, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Use customer, market, and competitor analysis to inform strategic implications.
• Pressure-test strategic proposals and investment choices through structured analysis and scenario modelling.

Company-wide execution

• Lead the quarterly company OKR cycle and maintain alignment, measurement, and ownership.
• Maintain an integrated operating calendar across planning, performance reviews, and decision forums.
• Improve leadership forums so less time is spent assembling information and more time is spent making decisions.
• Build mechanisms that improve commitment and performance transparency without unnecessary reporting overhead.
