Role Overview

Performance and Execution

• Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews focused on material variances, root causes, decisions, and interventions.
• Define performance frameworks with outcomes, leading indicators, targets, and clear metric ownership.
• Identify risks, growth opportunities, and underperformance through structured analysis.
• Translate reviews into decisions, owners, timelines, and follow-through, escalating unresolved issues when needed.
• Lead the quarterly company OKR cycle and ensure goals are selective, measurable, aligned, and owned.
• Maintain an integrated operating calendar across planning, performance reviews, and decision forums.
• Improve leadership forums to increase decision-making time and reduce information-assembly effort.
• Build transparent mechanisms for tracking commitments and performance without unnecessary reporting overhead.

Strategy and Planning

• Partner with the Director and Executive Leadership Team to run annual strategic planning from choices and targets through prioritization and resource allocation.
• Use customer, market, and competitor analysis to provide an outside-in perspective on strategy.
• Pressure-test strategic proposals and investment choices through structured analysis, hypotheses, and scenario modelling.
