- Support execution of the Distribution Quality Operating Model (DQOM) across Middle East and Bermuda markets
- Support identification and assessment of current and emerging distribution risks across HNW channels
- Assist in coordination and management of HNW Distribution & Sales Risk Committee (DSRC)
- Provide regular updates on distribution and sales risks, issues, and control gaps
- Support markets in performing Risk & Control Self Assessments (RCSA) and Fraud Risk Assessments
- Participate in design and execution of controls testing and sales quality reviews
- Support development and enhancement of data driven capabilities to monitor distribution and sales risks
- Support markets in addressing Line 2 Compliance reviews and Line 3 Audit findings
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in a distribution, operations, risk & control, audit, or compliance role within the HNW life insurance industry (preferred) or broader financial services industry
- Experience in risk governance, controls testing, RCSA, or audit/compliance environments is advantageous
- Good working knowledge of distribution models and operations within financial services organizations
- Understanding of risk management frameworks, including conduct risk and third party risk management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify root causes, trends and risk indicators
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organization and project management skills
- High attention to detail while maintaining awareness of broader risk landscape
- Results oriented with proactive and solution focused mindset
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving capabilities and robust decision making ability

Job Posting Description
- The Manager/Senior Manager, HNW Distribution Risk & Control (L1B) will report to the Head of HNW Distribution L1B and support execution of the Distribution Quality Operating Model across Middle East and Bermuda markets.
- DQOM encompasses implementation of the HNW Sales Conduct Framework, focusing on development, deployment, and ongoing monitoring of sales quality controls across Life Insurance distribution channels.
- The objective is to ensure key distribution related risks are effectively identified, assessed, and managed through robust governance.
Position Responsibilities
- Work in a matrix environment and collaborate closely with HNW Distribution teams, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Audit and Operations.
- Support the Head of HNW L1B in fostering a culture of strong risk management and sales quality focus.
- Act as a key point of contact for HNW Distribution Channels’ teams on distribution risk and control matters.
- Support identification and assessment of current and emerging distribution risks across HNW channels.
- Assist in coordination and management of HNW Distribution & Sales Risk Committee (DSRC).

Required Qualifications, Experience And Capabilities
- 5–8+ years of experience in distribution, operations, risk & control, audit, or compliance within HNW life insurance or broader financial services.
