Company Overview

  • Bayut Studios is a specialized PropTech and 3D production studio dedicated to the real estate sector, delivering high impact visuals and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Penetration: Secure direct access to high level decision makers and manage relationships with tier 1 developers, giga projects, government entities, etc.
  • Sales & Client Acquisition: Develop and execute sales strategy to promote creative services in KSA, targeting high value senior clients.
  • Revenue Growth & Partnerships: Meet and exceed revenue targets, build strategic partnerships, and leverage network for new leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships, act as trusted advisor, ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Cross Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project handovers.
  • CRM & Sales Forecasting: Utilize CRM to track leads, manage pipeline, and maintain accurate records.
  • Market Insight & Business Expansion: Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Bayut Studios at industry events and trade shows.
  • Manage a team: Lead, supervise, and support team members; assign tasks, manage workloads, monitor performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales within PropTech or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of success in senior sales/business development role, driving revenue growth and closing high value deals.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and business culture.
  • Familiarity with PropTech trends and real estate development lifecycle is a plus.
