Role Overview

  • The Senior Manager – Revenue Management develops and executes revenue optimization strategies for residential, commercial, and hospitality assets.
  • The role leads pricing strategy, demand forecasting, occupancy optimization, and portfolio performance analysis.

Revenue Strategy & Optimization

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, yield, and revenue.
  • Establish pricing frameworks and revenue optimization models.
  • Monitor key revenue indicators and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead initiatives to increase revenue streams through strategic pricing and upselling.

Forecasting & Performance Management

  • Prepare short term and long term revenue forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
  • Analyze occupancy trends, demand patterns, and market dynamics.
  • Monitor business performance against targets and provide variance analysis.
  • Develop predictive models and forecasting tools.

Market Intelligence & Analytics

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Evaluate market demand, pricing movements, and customer segments.
  • Generate dashboards, reports, and performance insights.
  • Utilize data analytics tools for evidence based decision making.

Commercial & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Leasing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Asset Management teams.
  • Support negotiation and evaluation of commercial agreements.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on promotions and campaigns.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on revenue growth opportunities.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure revenue management practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain revenue management standards and reporting frameworks.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop revenue management team members.
  • Foster a high performance, data driven culture.
  • Set performance objectives and support employee development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Revenue Management, Finance, Real Estate, or Data Analytics are advantageous.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 12 years of relevant experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Strategy, Asset Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related sectors.
  • At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Experience managing residential, commercial property, hospitality, or mixed use asset portfolios preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving portfolio performance.
