- Assist in the marketing and leasing of commercial properties to prospective tenants
- Generate and qualify new leasing leads through various channels
- Conduct market outreach activities to identify potential tenants and business opportunities
- Support the achievement of leasing targets and occupancy goals
- Maintain an up to date database of prospective and existing clients
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and provide accurate property information
- Conduct regular follow ups with prospective clients to convert leads into leasing opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and prospective clients
- Address client concerns and coordinate internally to ensure timely resolution
- Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective tenants
- Present property features, amenities, lease terms, and benefits to potential clients
- Assist clients throughout the leasing process, from initial inquiry to occupancy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in leasing, sales, business development, or customer relationship management
- Experience in commercial real estate leasing is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and leasing processes is an advantage
