About the Role
Worley seeks a Manager Quality Control to lead QA/QC processes for ADNOC Growth Projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures compliance with contractual QA/QC requirements, manages quality management systems, and oversees risk registers and audits.

Responsibilities
- Ensure Project Specific Quality Management System is developed, approved and enforced
- Develop, update and maintain list of Quality Objectives, KPIs and Contractual Requirements
- Ensure overall Project Risk Register is maintained and periodically reviewed
- Review Audit reports and ensure corrective actions are timely closed out
- Monitor compliance to procedural and contractual QA/QC requirements
- Maintain Project Lesson Learnt Register and cascade learnings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position on international Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
- Experience in ADNOC/Offshore project is an advantage
- Certified in Quality Management Systems (ISO9000) preferred
- Certified Lead Auditor preferred

Job Purpose
- Manage Quality Assurance & Quality Control processes, team, and resources to support ADNOC Growth Projects and ensure compliance with contractual QA/QC requirements.
Key Accountabilities Projects Quality Management System
- Ensure Project Specific Quality Management System is timely developed, approved and enforced.
- Develop, update and maintain list of Quality Objectives, KPIs and Contractual Requirements.
- Ensure overall Project Risk Register is maintained and periodically reviewed.
- Review Audit reports and ensure corrective actions are timely closed out.
- Monitor compliance to procedural and contractual QA/QC requirements.

Generic Accountabilities
- Ensure cascading of policies and practices of vision and long term strategy.
- Monitor team performance and manage outputs and expectations.
- Support Project in controlling expenditure against approved budget.
- Lead team through identification of training/development needs.
- Monitor, promote and communicate HSE compliance.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including at least 5 years in GCC.
- Minimum 5 years in similar position on international Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
- Experience in ADNOC/Offshore project is an advantage.
- Exposure to various project phases from FEED to EPC for mega projects.
- Sound knowledge on project handover and compliance requirements.
Professional Certifications
- Preferred certified in Quality Management Systems (ISO9000).
- Preferred certified Lead Auditor.
