About the Role
Abu Dhabi Ports is seeking a Manager for Public Marina Facilities to oversee marina operations, implement best practices, and manage contracts and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities
- Implement and track strategic goals, objectives, initiatives, projects and programs for marina operations based on AD Maritime overall strategic plan
- Execute and effectively operate the commercial & public marinas in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
- Manage maritime contracts and plans related to AD Maritime marinas and assets ensuring international best practice
- Develop effective working relationships with key external stakeholders involved in the management of Abu Dhabi Maritime Assets
- Prepare progress and periodical reports and advise the Division Director on the progress of all marina projects
- Ensure to continuously develop and update operational risks mitigation plans in AD Maritime Marinas and Ferries to enhance safety and resilience
- Lead and ensure all staff under Marina Operations section acquire required skills and knowledge through appropriate training programs
- Provide strong and visionary leadership, supervision, and guidance to the team, setting clear expectations and creating a culture of accountability
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and setting goals for professional growth
- Ensure that the team has access to necessary resources, including budget and technology
- Foster a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork among team members
- Ensure a balanced workload distribution among team members, preventing burnout and promoting productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Strategic Planning, Maritime Studies or a related field
- Master's degree is a plus

Overview
- Ensure implementation of best practices, processes and procedures in marina operations applicable to the managed infrastructure to enhance the professional image of the terminals under Abu Dhabi Maritime.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Strategic Planning, Maritime Studies or a related field.
