Job purpose
Align overseas entities and joint ventures with BEEAH Group procurement frameworks, policies, governance standards, and technology platforms.
Support international expansion, new ventures, asset procurement, and special projects through compliant, efficient, and value-driven procurement practices.
Accountabilities
- Align overseas entities and joint ventures with group procurement policies, governance, systems, and compliance requirements.
- Lead procurement support for new ventures, JV setup, international projects, asset procurement, and special initiatives.
- Drive strategic sourcing, supplier benchmarking, cost optimization, and preferred supplier development.
- Serve as the procurement interface for Central Procurement, overseas entities, JV partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance, maintain registers, support audits, and track market, regulatory, and supplier developments.
- Build procurement capability through guidance, process improvement, training coordination, and support to overseas teams.
- Ensure adherence to HSE, delegation of authority, ethics, and group governance standards.
Qualification and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field is required.
