Role Overview
BEEAH Abu Dhabi is seeking a Control Room Officer to monitor and track fleet vehicles, generate reports, and respond to client, government, and individual complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor fleet movements, create task-specific routes, and provide real-time navigation support to drivers and operations staff.
- Generate daily reports covering tracking, weight, tonnage, and notifications using relevant software tools.
- Create geo-fences and maps and analyze vehicle history for route compliance and waste collection monitoring.
- Collect, analyze, and compare operational data for planning and performance optimization.
- Respond to client complaints and incidents promptly in Arabic and English.
- Comply with QHSE standards and participate in audits, training, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline is required.
- Two to five years of experience in fleet management, GPS tracking, vehicle routing, or telematics is required.
- Waste management industry experience in the UAE is an added advantage.
Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills for handling client interactions and complaints in English and Arabic.
- Ability to analyze operational and fleet data for decision-making and planning.
- Hands-on experience with fleet monitoring systems, geo-fencing, and route optimization tools.
- Ability to generate accurate reports and operational documentation.
- Ability to create visual maps and present operational insights to stakeholders.
- Understanding of waste management operations and related compliance requirements.
