- Lead, manage, and maintain quality controls, assessments, and testing frameworks for ITD’s projects and systems
- Oversee the development, implementation, and periodic review of technology quality assurance frameworks and standards
- Support the transition of projects from solutions development to operational support
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all quality assurance and testing activities for technology programs and projects
- Manage coordination with internal stakeholders to verify quality controls
- Carry out internal quality assessments for usability, language testing, multi browser/multi device compatibility
- Evaluate incident management reports and coordinate corrective/preventive actions
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on quality performance of ITD projects and systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify service improvement opportunities
- Amend QA criteria and assessments periodically to ensure effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ information technology, computer science, quality management
- 9+ years of experience in case of master’s degree (11+ years in case of bachelor’s degree)

Job Purpose
- Lead, manage, and maintain the quality controls, assessments, and testing frameworks for ITD’s projects and systems.
- Ensure successful implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement in line with RTA technology governance and quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities Strategy

Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ information technology, computer science, quality management.
- Master’s degree in quality management or IT management preferred.
- 9+ years in case of master’s degree (11+ years in case of bachelor’s degree).
- Technical Competencies: Project Management, Quality Assurance, Testing & Post Launch Evaluation, Technology Policy & Framework Governance, UX Research & User Testing.
