- Lead and manage relationships with Chinese stakeholders, including publishers, partners, and institutional entities
- Act as a key liaison with Chinese government representatives and regulatory bodies
- Navigate cultural, political, and business dynamics to enable effective collaboration and trust building
- Support partnership structuring, stakeholder mapping, and engagement strategies specific to China
- Provide internal guidance on China market dynamics, risks, and opportunities
- Facilitate high level delegations, official visits, and bilateral engagements
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with international stakeholders, with a priority on China
- Lead the development of partnerships and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) aligned with EWCF objectives
- Facilitate high level meetings with government entities and strategic partners
- Ensure effective communication across languages and cultural contexts
- Monitor and drive the execution of joint initiatives with partners to ensure impact
- Support the development and execution of EF's international engagement strategy
Requirements
- Experience in international relations, government relations, or partnership management
- Knowledge of Chinese market dynamics, cultural, political, and business dynamics
- Professional fluency in English mandatory
- Additional language skills such as Chinese are a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate cultural, political, and business dynamics
- Strong coordination and problem solving skills
